1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders placed on BANG LeadVape are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time your payment is confirmed. This processing window includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging of your items.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

We offer reliable international shipping to the majority of European countries. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery typically takes between 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and the efficiency of the local postal/courier service.

Estimated delivery times for common destinations are as follows:

  • Central Europe (Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic): 5-7 business days
  • Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland): 7-10 business days
  • Southern & Eastern Europe (Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia): 7-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

3. Shipping Rates & Eligibility

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all eligible orders to European countries. A flat rate or calculated rate will apply.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting a minimum total spend threshold. Any such promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment/flat number, to avoid delivery delays or returns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your shipment online. You can use this link to check the status of your package at any time.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has left our warehouse.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) are subject to local import regulations. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure compliance, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the import laws and regulations of their country of residence before placing an order. BANG LeadVape cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer’s absence to receive the package, or the package being refused at customs, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • We will not issue a refund for orders that are lost or returned due to customer error.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by the courier or customs for returned packages.

7. Force Majeure

BANG LeadVape shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, or disruptions to transportation networks.
